Katie Krueger has lived, worked, and written in four continents and hopes to someday hit all seven.  An entrepreneur, Katie owns Gratice Press LLC, a writing and speaking company whose mission is to help people grow their dreams. She writes mostly grants, travel stories, and blog entries– all of which can be found online at www.KatieKrueger.com. 

As a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar in Dakar, Senegal in 2004, Katie co-founded a nonprofit organization that promotes education in Senegal: Project Japalé Gouné. Through its school lunch program, this organization serves over 10,000 meals each year to 200 low-income students.  

Katie speaks to audiences about the importance of international education.  Past audiences have included Viterbo University, Bennett College, North Carolina Association of International Educators, and Rotary International. 

Katie lives in Madison, WI where she spends her free time cooking vegetarian food, running, and reading.
